1. The Pokemon MUST be a Grass, Water, or Fire Pokemon.
2. The Pokemon must be in an evolution chain of three (example: Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur).
3. The Pokemon cannot be strong in any aspect before it is in the last evolution
4. The Pokemon should stay within existing Starter boundaries (Example: like a Mudkip, or like a Cyndaquil) for stats

Fring- gains grass Fringer- gains steel Fringerest grass type steel type strongest move available: seed flare
