Hmmmm, so it's a super duper secret item, that allows you to learn one TM of your choice only once? Sounds good, but to be sure, how hard will it be to get this awesome item? All I need is an example.

It would be as hard to catch rayquazza at lv70 with 10 pokeballs only ;D

I actually caught my Rayquaza with a Pokeball, I ran out of Ultra and Greatballs, and had only a Premier ball and Pokeball, I used the Premier ball, then threw 5 Pokeballs, then caught him, lol, luck of the draw, but it was hard.
Oops, forgot, This attack is good ^^
