You need to have all your evolutions, (just reply with them). You have have a great idea, and I like how you separated the attacks that easily, but what kinda of TMs can it learn? can it learn Birck Break? Dig? What about flash? Also, you're missing the Height and Weight, without that, you can't get a general idea of its size, for example, your Chainasaur could start out as being 6 feet, and again maybe 100 feet, and again possibly 2 feet. When doing its height and weight, make sure you don't make it unbelieveably heavy for something small or unbeleiveably light for something huge (just common sense). Also think if a trainer could carry it. For example, I had Trikicat at 125 Lbs (before I changed it of course), in a story I was writing (I quit it though) the main character could easily lift, hug, hold, carry and everything else immaginable with Trikicat. Either that's one strong trainer (10 years old) or physics left the story completely.
One LAST thing, your evolution chain is a little out of whack. first you're in the Jurrassic Era, then Mesozoic, then back to the Jurrassic. Either have it go up eras, by getting rid of Hammerdactyl (such a fun name to say though) and put a de-evolution that's a fishlike type, OR switch Hammerdactyl with Drillertooth, OR change Drillertooth's name, and the evolution chain will sound alot better with your "through the eras" type evolution.
Oops I forgot about something, you need to have the stats, just general average stats, look at the form, or my Trikicat and Trikitiger for an example, or many others for an example.
