It's a very good submission, the only thing I ask is to power down your last evolution, either that or have a limit, like "It rarely attacks because it believes it is higher than anything else". An all Very Strong pokemon either requires a limit, or a power-down. Also, could you explain why it's .10 pounds for its weight? I know there's a reason, I just don't see it in your submission. Other than those two minor problems, this could end up to be a good Pokemon.
